Using 3 different accounts, I managed to rise it up from 67k to 163k
The game was fucked anyway.

Now all 4 of my accounts including my main are rich with oil and happy, thinking of selling all them all and drive the prices down to 1k

How does one get manpower back up fast? Since 30k soldiers with vietnam war surplus feels awkward.

Buying up troops is probably the only way to do it. You could pm new players that just joined and get them to trade you their 10k troops for 1000. It's kinda cheap and I don't like it but hey, 1000 is a lot for them
