Making fun in global and vril suddenly muted me 1500 minutes without warning. Is Global abuse that wrong? There is only 15 people online and I literally dont disturb anyone... Atwar is getting boring. I paid to play, paid to chat and paid to be moderated. Fun Global should be a nice way to spark players' interests in playing atwar. ''I haven't played in a while because a few months ago I swore I'd never play AW again as long as VRIL was a moderator. '' -Thunderballs The topic will soon be locked but i do think most players will agree with me, except mods.

I thought your solution is to impose a permanent ban. Nice solution, with room chat always get overwhelmed by tons of messages kk.

I don't think you should include all mods here. It's not us vs them. It's us vs you know who.

I've been muted for talking in [room] chat numerous times; You're literally setting people up for a trap by telling them to shitpost in [room].

We moderate people based on behaviors, not people. We want to keep the game fun and enjoyable for everyone, not for the purpose of one persons enjoyment. You may think it harsh, but if we allow one person to break the rule, then it creates a discrepancy and people will then use that as a precedent to break the similar rules. People may think they are not harming anyone. This is true, unless you are harassing the person. However, posting stuff non-game related on global can be irritating to people as they do not care for the person opinion. Not everybody wants to hear a person opinion constantly. Therefore, to make it enjoyable to everyone, we use the rules for the enjoyment of the masses, not for one person. I agree with laochra that the community is small, about maybe 100-200 active players. We don't take the decision to ban people lightly, we know of the impact it will have on the community. However, justice is not a balancing scale of good deeds vs. bad deeds. Justice is if you did something wrong, you will be punished for it. People are criticizing the mods for punishing people for misbehaving thinking they are bad people. However, we are doing what must be done, and we talk among each other, and we do not take it lightly. I personally care for everyone and enjoy playing this game with everyone, and I want this game to be enjoyable for everyone. Closing words: The rules were created for the enjoyment of everyone, so please do your best and be considerate of others. Topic Locked.
