New idea for taking over region capitals.

So anyway, I know A and I said their wouldn't be any updates soon with this whole "Custom maps" thing they got going on, but I just want to see what other people think.

So lets say I take over Germany, but I only take over the capital city of that region, so now I'm stuck with only the capital of Germany, but my enemy still gets income from German cities I haven't taken over yet. I think that when you take over a region, all of another players cities that are in that region don't generate troops or income until A. The person who owns the region takes over each city individually, or B. The previous owner of that region takes that region back.

What do you guys think?

They already don't.

I honestly don't like the idea, because if you own the city, but not the region, why shouldn't you get the money from it?

It's like 10% in a capital you don't own rising to 50% at 1% a turn, hardly a game changing amount of money...lol

So you should get money from a city that's in a region you don't own? That doesn't really make sense...

It makes sense when you think about the fact that you own it. And like Arbliterated/FumbDuck said, you only get half the income max from the city.

It doesn't make sense when you think about the fact it isn't in your territory

Then lets just agree to disagree, I don't feel like starting another war. <.<
