Making scenario editing more convenient

Currently, I am working on a scenario that encompasses most of europe, a tiny bit of asia, and north africa. In the scenario editor, this means I have to select eurasia as the base map, and disable a large amount of countries in africa and asia.

It would be really swell if I could pick europe, and then enable north africa and the required parts of asia, this would be a great help to scenario editing.

Instead of making all other parts of the unusable when starting a scenario for a specified region, it would be really swell if all other regions of the map merely started disabled, so you could untick the box to enable the nation.

Seems like a good Idea. I support this.
