How to create separate lake/mountain/country inside another?
The most complete attempt/solution I've attempted was to:
1) Draw a 'no go' region.
2) Copy and pate borders directly over and save as a country.
3) Now draw large borders extended far outside the mountain for an active country (or lake/country) and save the country.
Unfortunately while the mountain region is active as on impassible or 'no go' region there is no border inside the main country to distinguish it.
How might I create a mountain region inside another country?

Simple. I've pretty much mastered the map editor so if anyone wants help, just ask.
Create your land area, now create a second land area within that land area. Now copy the entire area, paste it and the pasted area will have a hole where you create the second land area within the first. Copying and pasting has alot of neat tricks.
The Uk for instance is one land mass despite separate land areas. By copying and pasting, you unify the land masses as one.
