Depends how you look: Albanian state is very poor as they have weak tax laws. But Albanian people are decently rich, especially for Balkans or Eastern Europe. Their wealth combined is greater than that of the Zuckerberg.

Not true. How are they decently rich? More Albanians fled to Italy and Greece for a better life, than the actual population of the whole country.

They didn't fled, they just went to work where wages are higher and bring back the cash to Albania and Kosovo where commodities are cheaper. After decades of doing it, they earned good living, have some saving, good transport vehicle, own a house or two and that's it. That's a way more than some Eastern Europeans have. Plus they avoid to pay taxes via loopholes, mistakes and gaps in their tax laws which means they keep more cash.

True, they are doing that, im aware. But "black" money cannot be taken into account when judging a country's worth. Otherwise Mexico would be richer than France, with all the drug cartels, right?

So why not say let's not take into account black money Zuckerberg have, maybe he invested in illegal business, maybe he scr*wed immigrant workers, maybe he got subsidy from US federal reserve, maybe they printed fake money to grant him, inflated it. Maybe he intimidated competition so he can breakthrough on the market to maximize profit. Is that legal? Is that 'clean', 'pure' or 'white' money?

What is the formula to separate black money from Albania and Zuckerberg so we can calculate their worth and wealth?

p.s.
here in Mafia we say 'if you get caught, it's a crime, if not, it's business'.
