Laptop freezing

Hello all AW players, idk if this happens with you but when i play AW during the game , my laptop freezes. It doesnt respond to any command which makes me restart it and lose all my moves. It also happens during CW. This freeze thing happens only when i play AW. Can anyone help me fix this please?

I tried to do everything, clean the laptop with CCleaner, clean silverlight cache. Pls help its messing up my duels and CW

1. Does it freeze at any other times?

2. When it freezes, what happens if you hit caps lock?

3. As I remember your laptop's configuration it isn't a speed demon but is clearly capable of running AW.
Did you uninstall and reinstall Silverlight, zero out your virtual memory, restart, reset it to 2.5x your RAM, restart and try AW again?
I assume you have completed a checkdisk and a defrag as well.

4. After 3. I'm reaching for straws -- if your laptop is not freezing except for AW, and you've already done everything in 3., try running your laptop through a thorough RAM test. There is usually a test in BIOS, but your manufacturer may have a different way. If your RAM tests clear, and there are still crashes in AW, and only AW, reply to this post.
