Ok i have a problem i want to get EU 4 so i downloaded the demo to see how it ran and well....it was slow as shit. I wondered why so i checked into the specs and found out my dedicated video RAM is far less than the minimum i have 128 and i need 512 for minimum settings. I was wondering if anyone knew how to increase my dedicated video ram to 512 without buying a whole different RAM or something

Ahaha you're going to need a whole new computer. You're running DDR1, good luck finding those around. The motherboard won't accept the updated sticks of RAM(DDR2/3/4). That must be a pretty old computer. Anyway, even if you manage to find more DDR1 sticks you probably won't reach the optimal running speed for EU4. I'm surprised to read 128 again, let alone ask for help about it. "increase my dedicated video ram to 512 without buying a whole different RAM or something" You can't even do that even if you wanted to with your current computer. Just buy a new one, save yourself the trouble.
