Suggestion Limit

Ideas and suggestions has been being flooded lately by a certain someone, maybe limit ideas and suggestions to 3 a month so good suggestions are not buried in a sea of bad ones.

"Good or bad" is subjective. A suggestion limit kinda blocks free speech. Unless it's clear that the "certain someone" is spamming, then nothing should be done to stop him/her.

There exists a master suggestion list, which preserves the 'viable' suggestions and culls those suggestions that are detrimental or unimplementable.
