I think its a bit weird that this game allows so much, from nazism to racism to facism to homophobism to anti-jewism to propoganda.
Yet we simply can't make threads about actions made by the moderators.
I mean I get the fact that you guys dont want to be bashed at every decision you make, but don't you think its a bit of a dictatorship that if some mod behaves bad (and lets be honest, we've had our fair share of those) we simply cannot say anything about it? All you can hear from the other mods is ''just talk with the mod in question'' or ''I can't interfere, sorry.'' If we even say someting in public about it, you risk getting muted on global(!?!) or roomchat for it.
Most of you are from countries that have freedom of speech, yet it feels like this game is still stuck in 1820. (Yes, they had videogames in 1820, shaddap).
I'd say change the rules so we can openly discus if we feel like some actions or decisions should be handled differently, after all that's what the forums are for. If not for general discussion, atleast let it be for off-topic. I mean stop acting as if the mods are somewhat prophets or holy that they should not be mentioned, it is ridiculous.

2.5 Global channel is for advertising games and game related information (community events, tournaments, advertisement to a particular thread on the forum [given it does not violate and other rules], and so on.). The Help channel is for asking game related questions and technical support. Avoid any unrelated comment on any of these two channels, mutes may be applied if a player violates this ruling.
This is why. (sure a lot of that is old, but i just went to your history and c&p all of this... much easier then looking for your crap. Still very valid logs.)
Mods are reasonable guys, on several occasions, I have had other mods come to me and ask me to remove/decrease a punishment that I thought was fair.
Before I became a mod, I had never received any mutes.... So I know it isn't that hard to avoid being muted by simply following the rules.
Honestly I find the people who have the problems with mods the most, are the frequent abusers are the rules... You are one of the most frequent.
Now, these are not from one point of time, but over the past 5 years by 15 different moderators. Many of these moderators are very respected.

As far as I am concerned, you have no credibility anytime you might say that a moderator is abusing you, because you troll so often.
The answer is: *bud-duh-bud-duh-buhhhhhhhhhhhhh* There is no need to discuss in public forums about private matters. Talking about it in public will not change anything. As has already been said by many (notably heat check), there are so many senseless people on atwar forums, and decisions will ultimately be decided by the mods/admins anyways, so it brings nothing to the table, it only creates spam. Instead (the system which is already in place), if a player has a problem with a mod, PM that mod, or another mod private and they should try to figure out your problem.
I know that this won't actually satisfy you, because you would like to see atwar become a democracy.... But this is a business, not a country (as amok & ivan have both said numerous times) therefore this is the way it will be done. If you would like amok & ivan to change their mind, consider asking them here.
