Profile picture

Why I cannot change my profile picture?

I've refreshed it 100 times with Ctrl+F5, I've logged out and back in and tried again, nothing happens... Can someone explain me?

Ps. I even removed my current picture to no-picture and tried to set up a new one, the old picture just comes back again and again..
