Kicking in warmup

You should really add kicking into the warmup, like, before picking starts. I really think it could benefit a lot of hosts and on my map, Adolphins Realism, I need to filter out people sometimes before the map starts due to certain rules, and its highly inconvenient after picking starts because i sometimes forget their names.
