Can there be more strict guidelines in duels

Like unbalanced maps, secretly changing game settings and etc

i don't ever want to see stupid fucks winning by doing stupid game settings like capture all countries or capture all cities without their opponent knowing

it ruins the game for the whole playerbase

i know dueling is already dead and fucked up but we can at least try and fix it and this is step 1

step 2 is to believe that a power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity
