Acronyms every player should know / what does "SM" mean?

What are some common acronyms every at-war generals should know? I know a few of them:

PD: Perfect Defense
GW: Guerrilla Warfare
NC: Naval Commander
Wallfuck: Walling capital cities with units (pref. militias)

But what does "SM" mean? I couldn't figure it out.

Not walling ...preventing a wall to be created (doesnt have to mean capital wall)
