[FIXED] Ignore issue

This is a very old and known issue I don't know how easy it's going to be to fix it but anyways;

Expected behavior:
Adding people to ignore list - not having to see their messages.

Actual behavior:
I can still see the ignored people's messages at the spectator's chat.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Adding people to ignore list

Information:
Browser: Chrome

Browser version: Chrome 70

OS: Windows 10

Any other relevant information:
It only happens in the spectator's chat. The ignore works fine in other chat channels, even when you're spectating the game with the ignored person.
