When I go to "PLAY!" it doesn't work

It asks me to download something that takes a quick 12 seconds, so I agree to it and download and then it says "extraction fail" and shows me the exit only.

Can you provide us some screenshots of this please ?

Then try again and post here

Are you using a Proxy or anything else special?
