RESOLVED: Militia

I was playing someone who had about 50 militia about 10 infinity and they were moving from turkey to my capital Paris I had about 100 tanks and as they moved I was attacking each turn, and they would just not attack, after battle face it would show they escaped , this happened alot until around my cap city. I finally destroyed them when they did not move that turn.

I think it was guerrilla warfare

So it's not a bug then?

Militia range has already been decreased for that strategy (it's +2 now, was +3).
