Solving the loading problem! How to clear your cache & cookies!

We have had so many people posting new topics here for what to do if the game won't load. So, I have made this topic to hopefully solve all your problems



--What browser do I use?--
Clearing the cache means deleting all the pages that your browser has stored. You have to go about doing this differently in all browsers, because they all work differently. So, let's establish what browser you have:

--Clearing the Cache and Cookies--
So, now you know what your browser is, let's clear it's cache. Find you browser below, and I will show you how:

Firefox:

Cache and Cookies:[list=1]

Click the address bar

Press this key combination: Ctrl+Shift+Del

Set the "Time Range to Clear" option to "Everything"

Make sure the "Cache" and "Cookies" checkboxs are checked.

You may turn on/off any other checkboxes. If you don't know what they do, turn them off, or you are at risk of loosing your browsing history!

Click "Clear Now"

If your client still doesn't load, please continue to the next section...[/list]

Internet Explorer 9.0:

Cache and Cookies:[list=1]

Press Alt to make sure the menu bar is showing.

Hit the little cog in the top right-hand corner of the screen

Select Tools > Safety > Delete browsing history.

Make sure to uncheck "Preserve Favorites website data" and check both "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies".

You may turn on/off any other checkboxes. If you don't know what they do, turn them off, or you are at risk of loosing your browsing history!

Click "Delete".

If your client still doesn't load, please continue to the next section...[/list]

Safari:

Cache:

Go to Edit > Empty Cache...

Click "Empty".[/list]

Cookies:
[list=1]

From the Safari menu, click Preferences.

From the Security dialog box, click Bookmarks.

Click Show Cookies.

From the Cookie dialog box, click the 'Remove all' button.

If your client still doesn't load, please continue to the next section...[/list]

Google Chrome:

Cache and Cookies:[list=1]

Click the spanner icon on the browser toolbar.

Select Tools.

Select Clear browsing data.

In the dialogue that appears, make sure 'Empty the Cache' and 'Delete Cookies and other site plug-in data'

Hit 'Clear browsing data'.

If your client still doesn't load, please continue to the next section...[/list]

Opera:

Cache and Cookies:[list=1]

Select Tools > Delete Private Data

Click Detailed Options

Make sure 'Delete all cookies and 'Delete entire cache' are checked

Click Delete. [/list]

--Installing another Browser--
By this point, if all else has failed then it is most likely your browser that is causing the problem. First, try a different browser from the ones shown at the beginning of this post. Here are the links top download them:

• Firefox (Recommended)
  
• Google Chrome

If the problem still persists contact one of the admins and expect a reply in 24 hours.

Anyways...

Nice CG's and IE's pictures are broken and a few tags are messed up.
