[OPEN] Unresolved Battle (may have been reported)

Bug Report:
Expected behavior
When there's a battle with an enemy, I expect one side to have no remaining troops.

Actual behavior
In this case, both enemy players have units survive.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Rare occurrence - haven't seen it before, so not sure how to reproduce.

Information:
Browser: Chrome (Canary)

Browser version: Version 76.0.3796.0 (Official Build) canary (32-bit)

OS: Some Crap by MS - Can't believe it's '10'

Any other relevant information: Casual game
