Dude. I'm sorry but your list is pants-on-head retarded.
I mean, sure, if your sample size is 7 billion, then you've got a higher chance of finding an Indian or Chinese person. But people playing an english-language game on a computer hooked up to the internet are in their overwhelming majority in the USA and Europe.
Oh and Africa and the Middle East aren't countries.

Still we have Australia
Afganistan prolly have some voters here (at least they pretend to be ones )
Albania is always an option for a true Russian internet geek
Then 4 options will make 4 players probably
Argentina have some I think
Armenia, as they claim, is a modern European country
And last option for a topic starter

It's not only the fact that you missed out 180, but also that you put in the most retarded options. I mean seriously, how many people do you expect to play this game who're from China, Africa or India? (I don't count, I was only born in Africa)

Nationality means you are that nation's citizen. Ethnicity refers to your ancestry.
I am Asian-American. "Asian" refers to my ethnicity, and "American" means I am born in the United States.

No, Chinese/Korean/Japanese etc. would be your ethnicity. Also, ethnicity doesn't refer to your ancestry, but rather a cultural group that may or may not have one main ancestry. Welsh, Scottish, and Irish are considered different ethnicities, but they are neither physically nor ancestrally different, their only difference is culture.
East Asian would be your race. Asian alone isn't a valid term for anything.
Also, nations are just political, so even saying something like "Japanese-American" or "russian-american" is ambiguous at best. Imagine an ainu derived japanese-american and a siberian blooded russian american. The so called "japanese" would look more in place in russia, while the "russian" would look better assimilated in japan.

I think both are fine, and that Americanized English spellings should always be accepted.
After all, much of the reason English is so dominant is because of the u.s. It definitely helps having a landmass the size of Europe repopulated with solely English speakers.
Canada, Aus/NZ, and the u.k. alone don't provide a large enough reason for English to be the lingua franca, especially with Spanish having claim to nearly all of Latin America, and Portuguese in Brazil.

The prevalence of english as a worldwide language is due to the british empire, also since it's their language it'd be better to stick to their spelling. I'd accept -ize since the roots of such verbs have a z not a s pronunced as a z. In contrast the opposite doctrine applies to all the simplified american spellings.

Okay, but you can't deny that the decision for many of these nations to pursue English after independence was due in some part to the status and power of the united States.
English would not be nearly as popular as it is today without them. Not to discredit England or anything like that.
I can't think of many British spellings that do a better job than the American ones.
color vs. colour: They both look wrong, it would be culler if it were phonetic.
center vs. centre: American looks more correct here, the British one makes it look as if they still have a hangup with that French ancestry.
catalog vs. catalogue: I think the American looks more correct here as well, the British one has extraneous letters.
By the same logic, I think the British pronunciation of "aluminium" is better than the American one.
Also, the spelling of "iron" needs to be changed.
