EDIT: it isn't a map describing countries, it actually tries to touch delicate topics about them to probably annoy them for example: they use the catalonian issue in Spain by puting the catalonian flag over it hehe

Basically Italians tend to speak alot with their hands, along with alot of other nations too. Italians are just known for that hand gesture.

I think they're referring to the way of the people and culture, northern Irish is still Ireland and holds the same traditions. Its just not part of the republic.
