15k 2 Initials #2 [STARTED]

Yes, it's back after 2 years! Plato's great EU+ 15k 2 initials tourney is getting remade. For those of your who don't know it, what you do is basically pick 2 countries with 15k cash available on EU+. The first countries you and your opponent pick are your capitals, and you have to -as usual- capture it and hold it for 2 turns. Medals will be rewarded for top 3 and the winner will get their dreams infiltrated and have all furniture decorated with pizza.

Games are best of one.

Rules:
You have to pick 2 countries or else you'd get disqualified. Rewalling/wallglitching/Serbian walling is not allowed and the perpetrator will be punished with sufficient evidence. Any bug/glitch exploitation will result in automatic disqualification and ban from my future tournaments. Punishment also goes to people intentionally ending turn when opponent DCs, again with sufficient evidence. Any grey areas/disputes will be handled by me, and screenshots and witnesses always come in handy.

Inactives will be removed and reserves are welcome. Please comment with your post whether you want 4 or 5 minutes.
