yes that makes defence 5 when defending city, pd militia has stronger defence, and cmoon' we always defend cities, we don't defend random places on map

Spain. Kamikaza style. You could use it to send 30 units on germany or turkey, being able to reach everything with more then 11 units from bulgaria over poland reaching even denmark with 18 units.
If we are talking specificly about blitz ukraine, it was just way to easy to play with it. I've played it a lot of times lately, before nerf, and i 'exploited' it, and trust me when i say it, there was no way you could beat blitz ukraine unless he made some huge mistake. The thing that was also op was blitz ukr in 3v3 games (cws). If you were just a little bit skilled player, you could send 20-30 units to help west without risking to lose kiev, cuzz.. you know.. big range.. at least 20-30 militias there with also infs for which you had no need to use air transports to reach kiev. And now you caaannnt dooo thaaaattt ^^ Now you cant stack kiev with blitz militias and excpect to survive.
And question to soldier and any other blitz player, pls tell me on which country except ukraine does this nerf hurts you? On blitz italy when you rush germany? On spain rushing balkans and germany countries? Where? pls tell me? or its only on your blitz turkey rush with militias which you where the only one i saw using it. 90 militias rush hah.. now even if you take it.. enemy gonna take it back without any problem

Prove it to be "op" as I've said previously. Honestly I had beat bltz anywhere and I don't see how is hard for Germany to beat either Spain or Italy.

Now, Blitz Ukraine is strong, but even those who support this nerf already said IT IS BEATABLE.

Either way, the change is done.

I can give you my word hah. The effort you have to put into beating someone with blitz ukraine is far less then beating someone with sm or pd or gw or any other strategy.
Spain example was for 3v3. Italy example was that the nerf didnt affect blitz in that situation.

And nobody has yet proven at all that this nerf is goin to make blitz unusable or weak ...i know how i play blitz, and this change affects nothing to my blitz play style.

Blitzkrieg could get -10 defense Helicopters and it won't affect my game style, yet i wouldn't support a nerf to blitz helicopters

it makes it weaker, militia are so useless with -2 that i may aswell leave the cities empty like in the old times and wall-spam

I didn't ask you does it make it weaker, i asked does it make blitz unusable. Militia is changed back to -1 ...and yes, thats how blitz is played, by emptying cities and using walls, like a strategy that has a defense on nerf should be used.

Than PD shouldnt be able to rush that easily and with 58 infs kill 105 secondary def units. Strategy that 'has' nerf on attack, shouldnt be able to kill stacks this easily

It has an advantage over any country in Europe + ...and combined with a high range of blitz it can take dozens of high income countries up to turn 2.

Greatest counter for it? ...turkey ..."it can beat it if you do the right shit turkey" ...don't cap to soon he will recap with gazillion units, don't try to cap to late he is gona have 200 units in kiev, do the exact pattern or else ...all the while he is going sha la la la la.
