Finding a Coalition that fits

Hello, I am SirHaas. Im a German-American living in Ohio. I want to find a Coalition that hits a couple key points. 1: Not noobish- but also not too serious. 2: A place to discuss international events and philosophy, sociology of war etc. 3: overall competent but would sacrifice a little lower competency for people that are friendly. Im only r6 but i am pickingup steam and have played strategy games my whole life. Any suggestions? Thank you guys and ps: this is my favorite fkn game ever the developers deserve some real credit. More that a clan, you seem to be talking about a tea party you can actually discuss about political issues in main lobby chat with anyone who's willing to talk a bit. You'd be surprised to discover what kind of people there are lol
On the other hand, practically any clan fullfils your first point, except for a few totally pro clans. And in relation to the last point... who doesnt like someone friendly who seeks to learn and improve his warring skills??

Ik Petra is still developing... We would love to get a player like that! We have people from all of the world! Adding some diversity would not harm us .

yes itwould be interesting for someone to create a coalition that specializes in these issues. But as it stands im looking foward to joining a present coalition
