Declaring Wars

This Post is not based just on RP

This Morning while i was playing RP, there was a war and it was 2v1, another Player intervened and he said
'I support --------- IN war against ---------' and then started attacking someone a few turns later. Just so everyone knows, Supporting someone is not a declaration of war. If i go to a fottball match and support a team, i cant go on the pitch and help.

When declaring war please make sure you say ----->>> 'I declare War Upon --------'. Of course if the game requires a reason for war then make sure you provide them. But remember Supporting may include, paying your 'team' money to help defend themselves, or maybe providing them with some land to improve their income.

Im only trying to make ATWAR simpler and fairer, of course at the moment ive seen much better games and a bit less trolls around. Anyway if anyone agrees upvote it, thanks....

If you're not allies or are not in 'peace', you're enemies and everyone can attack everyone. I hope you realize this is a war game :p

Hate to be one of the Nay-Sayers, but I have to agree, this is only an RP problem, doesn't really have anything to do with the way you play AtWar, just the RP map(s). Maybe we need a forum just for RP players. Then we wouldn't click on topics like this thinking it's something worth reading about and they would have a place to put this complete nonsense. Just a thought. And by the way, you are not making Atwar better with dribble like this and please learn how Atwar is played before you post another useless statement like this again. Thanks.

You know, I see this all the time. People attacking others in a ffa game and it just surprises me how often it occurs. I mean, it is a ffa game, and yet they don't say that they are waring someone else. It's even worse in team games. Every game that has teams I see people on both sides attacking the others. I just don't know what to do about this

No one has any authority on how players should play the game - everything that the game rules let you do you can do to win, be it backstabbing, manipulating, allyfagging, gangbanging, everything. War is not fair, but if you want fair you can play team games. Also RP is not officially supported by the game.
