Would you buy my buildings?

at start of my career i've achieved this:
Normal strength and max stress for a concrete 15*15*15 cube (after 1 week of curing) (will put 14 days curing after 1 week)

Mixing plan :

21kg sand
15kg Fine gravel
12kg Coarse gravel
10kg cement
7kg water

this cube carried 37 tons of normal loading and broke after
its so interesting
way to 6 tons/(cm^2)
