Scroll up and you see your name "Greem". Don't click it just hover above it and a dropdown menu will appear. Go to Edit Profile, then click it. Then scroll down and go to avatar upload, and upload our pic

Welcome! If you mean a Profile Picture, you must first purchase the Customization Drop. Then, hover over your profile name at the top of the screen, and select the first option (Edit profile), and scroll to the bottom. There you will find options for uploading your own personal Profile picture (be warned, it only supports .jpg last time I checked).
