Alliance between ukraine and turkey are OP?

I saw a few players saying: "alliances between turkey and ukraine are Over power", and i dont know, why. They are OP?

Honestly it isn't if you are talking long term game but against the West in turn 2-10 could be pretty OP. Though after that the West would start winning cause of the superior income and concentration of units considering its 1 player (West) vs 2 player (East). Further more its better to have a side combined it wouldn't be so nice to play China vs Europe in a Eurasia game if 3 players have China while only 1 player has Europe. Reason for this is because the money is split by 3 and the movements will be 3 peoples moves.

It depends who is playing them, but the reason one could consider it an OP concentration is essentially the mass of troops that turkey will end up with if allowed free roam in the balkans. A slowrolling turkey and an offensive Ukraine (in good players hands) are very hard to combat, especially if you add in the 'stall player' in the west.

It is weak. Pick Germany - Italy to counter it and mix it with some heavy strategies like IF or PD. Never lost against Turkey - Ukraine in a team game.

Who were you playing against? Rank 3s and Rank 4s?

In terms of duos. Ukraine-Turkey is the strongest overall. But it doesn't mean it can't be beaten.

In 3v3 however, if you're using the proper countries with the proper strategies, and have players who know how to expand and defend, then there should be no problem beating ukr-trk. However, it won't be easy, especially if ukr-trk are both good players.

If it's Germany, Italy, Spain it might take some longer, but in the end higher income beats an initial advantage in reinforcements.

Your post was going good until I saw this. Cow, when you have a 3v3 with Germany, Italy and Spain. The obvious opponents here are Turkey, Ukraine and UK. Assuming we have six professional AW players here, UK would steamroll Spain as his only rush would be Paris (or maybe take Ireland and smaller countries around UK). Uk would beat Spain in Paris (if he doesn't, he did something wrong) and would eventually kill of Spain. You could argue that Germany could help spain? But if Germany sends troops over to the west, Ukraine could easily steamroll Berlin. Do I need to say more? But I agree with your point, that Ukraine and Turkey could be beaten.

Lol yeah. germany italy spain would work in your dreams. Uk, germany, italy however is strong. but you need your italian and german players to be exceptional at defending, and expanding properly.
