SP Shows I left game, which I didnt leave

Hi, I just finished a Eurasia game, with the game concluding with a player leaving. I did not leave the game. However, on the finishing screen, it showed Sp Collected: 0 (left) I have not only never seen that screen before when I do leave, but I did not even leave, and in-fact won this game... not sure what the problem is, I have tried to attach a screenshot, but I don't think it worked, if anyone knows how to attach a screenshot, I can attach one.

Your game screen is most likely bugged. This happened to me when i lag a lot...Don't worry you still got your SP and the lose did not count.
