I just made this post to see who impacted each of us individually the most in terms of the AW community. We were all nooblets at some point and our play style was surely somehow affected by what we saw when playing or learned from other AW players. So what players contributed to making you the player you are on AW today?

Anyone who played 3v3s with me when I was noob. No one specific trained me, but much of the atwar community was nice enough to play 3v3s with a noob and give me tips and teach me tricks.

I was not trained spacifically by one person but a series of players i highly respect today (even if one hates me ) I was recruited to stalins martians as a rank 4 by forever alone, early on V-dog tought me alot and helped me learn to wall and make unit trains to move faster, then Dback and berty helped me learn the fundamental expansions we use in competitive play today, and i learned unit ratios from mathdino and advanced play from desu (who hates me now). Took me two year basically to become the player i am today (alot longer then many) and im not saying i dont got room for improvement i would just like to thank those who tought me to play.

Tops was the first player to take me aside and teach me expansions and basics, then acquiesce was a huge influence too. other notable mentions would be eagles plato and chess, basically anyone who ever kicked my ass in a duel or a 3v3 without some sort of silly rush made me the player i am. i should mention longarm too, he probably doesnt remember or even know me now but when i was a low rank i learned a lot from those times hed join world games i was in and killed me and everyone else. First player that showed me the potential level a player could reach..

I used to be OP rank 6 in the afterwind days and got the basics of the game on my own but I didn't know how most of the distance hacks and other hacks worked. For 3 v 3 I learnt mostly from Ruipedro and scenarios( like Ultimate world war 2) I learnt from Andartes.

Long ago, i played my first 3v3s as a rank 4 with Rui Pedro in Empire. even though he's an asshole, he showed me things like ukraine expansions, rushes, and more. also i liked the guides AlexMeza (yea you'll never be Tigro >:D) made in the same clan. when i became a rank 6 i joined evol because Empire died after Alex left the clan sucked anyways... in evol i had new guides to read <3 and i started posting on the forums, reading them and i suddendly found Desus 3v3 Guide, wich helped me with strategys, upgreades and what strats to use for inf spamm
in evol i stayed quite a long time, but due to the lack of TWs i begun making my own 3v3s because i was still rank 6 (Fuck you high ranks ;_; ) training on my own was very important for me and i did it A LOT like most of my training were 3v3s. the people i trained with/against were Don, hormi, chill, hollister, mauzer, richt, helly, bonkz, Mou, buff, tact and like everyone else. i had to train on my own because we rarely had TWs in evol and the only CW i was ever in while in evol, was a 2v2 VS Stalins martians and i had to leave because Mou thought i was worse than Commando eagle

anyways the days passed by and when i was a pretty good (cocky <3) rank 7 i left evol and joined The bums because alex was there and some other cool ppl. unfortunalty i didnt know it was about to die. so i joined the freshly made CT, noticed that it was a cold unfriendly clan and left again :/ so, later on a old school rank 8, clovek30 picked me up and helped me to get into SM, where i'm now. and of course the most people who influenced me now were in SM. Desu is like one of the best players of all time trained with me like once but it felt like ten times as much, Freeland, a very nice person, who i'd call a friend and in the internet thats pretty rare. And ofc bonker dat asshole, good chess mate, nuff saied.

also on forums i had "fun" with Tito, unleashed, goblin and many more
