So let me see if i understood right: West meddle with Balkans, creating artificial new states and genocide other half, but problem lies in Balkans, thus should be removed and problems will be solved.

Then i believe, to solve world problems, West should cease to exist in order to bring peace and stability to every continent on planet earth so we can finally end hunger, diseases and wars. Atleast America and England, others will fall alone or be slick enough to integrate into normal global society (like Germany and Japan).

Sometimes i think we should have allied Turks, Mongols and other Muslims and support their invasion of Europe. Russians should have let Mongols pass through Russia and reach Europe. Greeks/Byzants should have let Turks go through Anatolia and Balkan, give them food and water so they don't stop, let them reach central Europe in 12th century instead 16th. Why dying and trying when 1000 years later they mock us. Let them western plague-eaten vampires fight 150,000 Turks every spring for 500 years.
