When will this happen?

Many at war's players already are pretty annoyed of the machines and the tb system that gives skills nearly no part of game playing and we has been pointing this out for the last 2years repeatedly but nothing happens...
i said it million time and will say it again.
a game that depends on luck will always suck and make people rage after games cause people that plays like rushing dumbs win against them because of some 1unit tb on each city and full on cap....
even worse people started to take this as a tactic and depend on luck and cap stacking each single game and that has really tired me and many other peoples and caused me to quit competitive playing instead of getting annoyed after each single game....
make this game place for pros not for luck depends and dont say we want realistic shits because we are in a game after all so please make this change...
