Come to think of it, you would need a roll of 6 to rout meaning you would move them two spaces and they just become fodder as their max attack is three

Which could be beneficial if you're marching from Russia to Spain or somewhere else far away

STEP 1: Move doom stack to Denmark.
STEP 2: Declare WAR!
STEP 3:
STEP 4: Profit?

In all seriousness though you shouldn't be able to give military access without some backlash from your people. Perhaps when a foreign military unit enters a province there's a chance the province will go into unrest?

That's a pretty good idea. Aqollo is just asking to become the Riverlands (GoT), where many battles are fought on his territory because the other nations don't want their fields lands to be damaged by battle.

Saxon Front Rank: 4 Infantry, 1 Cavalry (Defenders)
Saxon Rear Rank: 1 Artillery
Austrian Front Rank: 9 Infantry
Austrian Rear Rank: 1 Cavalry, 1 Cuirassier, 3 Artillery, General von Leiberich

The Saxon army was encamped around the town of Altenbug on a hill. von Leiberich at once formed his army into columns and began the assault. The saxon infantry gave a fairly good series of volleys, however the cavalry were just aristocratic dandies, and the artillery was poorly trained. Unleashing his own cavalry and Cuissiers, they easily routed the saxon cavalry, and then his artillery annihilated the saxon infantry line. Inspired by Leiberich, all the infantry rally to him and overwhelmed the saxon position

Taking inspiration from the French Republic, the people of Naples rose up against their monarchy ousting them in a populist revolution. The Senate was formed and proclaimed the formation of the Republic of Two Sicilies alongside their formal declaration of war on the Habsburgs of Austria.

Rallying the troops Ferdinand orders a cavalry unit to occupy Piedmont and another to Tuscany, the naval squadron based in Sicily is eventually rebased to Tuscany. Leaving a single infantry regiment behind, Ferdinand marches the remainder of the army into Lombardy to meet the French to prepare for the coming siege of Vienna.
