Automatically end turn

If I have made my moves but don't click end turn, will my turn automatically end when the 12h timer reaches zero. And will my moves in that case be done?

I tried to make my moves and let the timer go down to zero. All my moves were done, so to wait until the timer goes down to zero is like clicking the "end turn" button.
