Disallow kicked players from joining.

We all had found that guy who joins even though he was kicked, so I think the game shouldn't let you join after the second kick. Means if you got kicked two times from the same game, you can't join anymore.

Why twice instead of once?

"Allow rejoining" already exists.

And also because it can be an accident.

@Mare, if someone DC though, the option doesn't allow him to enter to the game back - hence why it is not practical.

Test it with kicking. I'm sure you'll find an enemy who you'd boot out of the game.
