Adopt A Newb - Find A Mentor

'Find A Mentor' for new players and 'Adopt a Newb' for mentors.

I would like to know if i could find a few dedicated veterans who would like to help with this idea.

I was on vacation half year ago,in AaN topic it was staying for 5months.

Isnt there already a version of this?

Why would there be another one needed?
