I'd like to remember why I've added people to my friends/enemies list. I.e. so I know whether I need to guard against wallfucking in future, not to ally that person or whatever. BEing able to change their name or add a note that I can see to their page would be really helpful.

Thanks

After a long time i forget why i enemied some people and then just remove them from enemy list which makes a risk they might wrong do against me again.
A note to why i am friends with some people would remind me of the great memories we had together and great games.
Support all the way

I forgot a lot of times why I enemy list ro friend list someone. For those who say if it was a big deal you wouldn't forget, this statement is false. I can't possibly remember every single person who wfs me or is a leaver. In addition, I'm human, of course I'm going to forget things. I see this idea get thrown around and for some reason it never sticks. Hopefully this time it will.

League of Legends has the same exact thing. It helps me remember who is who on my friends list, in case they change their name I know who they used to be since the notes stay the same.
