Alright, so I was in this game, and that is my transport in the picture. I think the problem occurred just before the turn rolled and I was trying to select infantry in the city of Bilbao. However, I was unable to select just the infantry on the drop down when hovering over the unit stack and selected the entirety of the stack with the transport. So in my hassle, the turn rolled over, without ending my turn, and the unit moved to its last location. Could be a bug, perhaps exploitable, but that is just my hypothesis.

It was stuck there for the rest of the game, actually. The units it had could move and all, but the trans was unable to move.

I am not 100% sure on how it works. But I do know that sometimes when you attack a unit, and theoretically it "misses" it's target, it pretty much follows the unit wherever it goes. So let's say you accidentally attacked an infantry with your sea trans/destroyer/submarine, and they move their unit somewhere else. It follows wherever they go. Usually only happens when they enter a city/capital. Someone correct me please cuz I have no idea. But this is what I have experienced. Report it to the bug section. Have fun!

I attacked a naval transport near Greece with 2 SM bombers. The trans was destroyed, but the bombers went from being near Greece, to the foot of Italy. It was weird. It's occurred before, but never for when they enter a city/capital. I've never experienced that. Is it a genuine bug, or just something the admins know about but don't correct, like the zoom bug?

Obviously. I'm asking if it is an actual bug, or just a quirk of game play...like the zoom bug

I think what mecoy said is right, it follows the units into the city for some reason. Also It's a bug, you can't really control it so i wouldn't consider it a quirk. Its been a reoccurring problem for a while now but it doesnt really affect the game so its not a big deal besides the fact that your trans is stuck in the city and you cant use it anymore.
