Russian Federation Army is stronger, they have unmanned tank turrets, infantry support robots, lasers and nuclear-powered cruise missiles.

Beside, Red Army was created for defensive purposes, it was big and slow, made to stand ground. Russian Army is small and mobile, perfect for special operations across the globe to f*ckup US black sites.
