That isn't universal for Macs and Russian keyboards both. But anyways I can confirm not this is a OSX only bug. I dual booted into Windows and It had no problem, so my earlier assumption about Russian keyboard support no longer stands. If anyone else is running OSX I ask them to also check to see if they encounter this problem.
Have you tried what Alex suggested? ALT+45 (on the numpad)

I'm not sure if it's supposed to be unknown so I'm just going to type a short list of all the keys it says unknown for. '~-_=+[{]}\|;:'",<.>/?
Also i don't have a number pad I only have the top row of Numbers. When I try to do alt + 45 up there it returns with $%
That's fine, I'll just add this code to the list of supported ones. Hopefully, it will work for you then. Coming in the next update.
